Description

This South Forest Beach villa, located at Springwood Villas, is only a short walk to the beautiful tropical beach on the Atlantic. Also located within walking distance is the popular Coligny Circle. It affords many conveniences including numerous restaurants, shops, and other activities. You are also within a brief drive from Harbour Town which offers more unique shopping and fine/casual dining.

Guests are entitled to one hour free tennis court use per day from the world famous Van Der Meer Professional Tennis Complex, located right next to the villa. Additionally, guest have fitness center privilages free of charge. There are more than 10 public golf courses within a ten minute drive of Springwood.

The villa is tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. On the lower level is the main living area, kitchen, dining area, laundry area and the master bedroom. The inviting living room opens to a balcony area overlooking a lagoon and then a few stepping stones to the pool. The open kitchen, dining and living area creates a relaxed homey space. For your convenience a half bath is located on the main level. Off the hallway is the master suite. It is outfitted with a king bed. A stairway leads to the second level where the guest bedrooms are located. These quest rooms are comprised of a queen suite and a twin suite. Each bedroom has a private bath. There are additional TV's in all the bedrooms.

I was very excited about booking this villa! I told my children and we started planning! It turns out instead of clicking 3 adults and 5 kids I accidentally clicked 8 adults. Dennis cancelled on me. I emailed back explaining and he still decided to cancel and not work with us. My kids were very upset and we were left trying to find another place. Thankfully we found someone willing to work with my veteran husband and myself.
