Description

The MeadowRidge condominium complex is located in the town of Fraser - just 2 miles from the center of downtown Winter Park. It's unique location atop the mesa in Fraser, provides great mountain views and plenty of sunshine!

Our 3 bed 3 bath unit is comfortably furnished in a mountain theme with 40inch HDTV, Blu-Ray player, Roku, family games, WIFI, full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, gas grill and a one car garage with storage. Additionally, 2 decks with views and a patio round out our comfortable home.

The main clubhouse is a short walk as is the free LiftWP so it's easy to enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, coin and card operated laundry facilities, tennis courts, racquetball courts, sauna and workout room.

During the ski season (November to April) there is a free skier shuttle that will provide transportation to and from the downtown area and ski resort. A bunk room provides plenty of beds for all.
