Description

This beautiful Beach house remodeled as of January 2016, come down for Mardi Gras or a family getaway. It’s conveniently located, 1 block from the beach, and a 70 Feet walk to Spa, Gym, Liquor Store, Bar, and Valero. House is well equipped with all amenities of home. Enjoy the beach view while you relax, listening to the sounds of the ocean. Have fun visiting Galveston’s attractions: Schliterban, Moody Gardens (Aquarium) for the kids or walk along the historic Strand and browse in the gift shops or indulge in the fine restaurants.

House has a great open floor plan with a retro look and a laid back vibe! The Property consists of a five bedroom and two and a half bath house (3 Bedroom/2 Bath upstairs and 2 Bedroom & 1/2 Bath Downstairs). The downstairs adds an additional 600 sq-ft (I do not rent this out to other people at the same time). The downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed and a game room (pool table) that doubles as a bedroom which includes a sleeper sofa and a mini fridge. Upstairs sleeps 12 and downstairs sleeps 4. Check in 3:30 pm & Check out 11am. The blue chair in the downstairs bedroom converts into a pull out bed for a child (just like a pull out sofa). House has: an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, games, toys, books for kids, dishwasher, toaster, and blender for those mixed drinks. We offer clean quality linens and comforters, Cable TV in every room. 1 DVD Player. Free wireless on site. Large wrap around deck for lounging. I also own the vacant lot next door for extra land for kids to run around. This property is 150 yards from the beach and does have an awesome beach view.

“erect Location near beach and pet friendly.”

Everyone enjoyed the near the beach location. The Bar-B-Q pit needs replacing. It had only half a grate to BBQ for 12 people. Otherwise very comfortable setting for a family.
