Description

FIRST FLOOR, 1 Bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo that sleeps 4, in a great Myrtle Beach location, on the Arrowhead golf course, with golf course and Intra Coastal views . We have a well maintained ground floor condo with washer and dryer, two outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, and workout room. The bedroom has a king size bed along with a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is a small patio that overlooks the Arrowhead golf course, pond, and Intra Coastal Waterway. We have WIRELESS INTERNET, FLAT SCREEN CABLE TELEVISION and DVD player. All the comforts of home. We are 10 MINUTES to the beach, shopping, airport, and entertainment. And of course we are centrally located in the golfing capital of the grand strand. Some of the entertainment includes Golf, Golf, Golf, Pelicans minor league baseball (summertime), House of Blues, Broadway at the Beach, Murrells Inlet (Marsh Walk), Carolina Opry, Barefoot Landing, along with others. Too many attractions to mention everything.Monthly rates supplied upon request.No motorcycles, No pets, No smoking

Please treat our house and neighbors with respect. This is our second home. Please treat our condo as if it were your own. You will be charged for any missing items or damages including carpet stains and damaged furniture.
We do not allow smoking in the condo. Smoking on the balcony is allowed with the doors closed.
We do not allow pets. Our condos are pet free for our returning guests and family members that have pet allergies.
The association does not allow motorcycles.
