It is idyllic setting with tropical gardens, privacy, quiet and very welcoming...It is removed without being remote. The tropical tranquility allows you to relax, enjoy a glass of champagne on the lanai, or to read a book in the lush beauty of the garden. There is even a magnificent bamboo forest only minutes from this beautiful location for hiking and exploring. This beautiful home works equally well as a romantic retreat setting or for family vacations. Conveniently located 1.2 miles away from Waikiki beach, near supermarkets, movie theaters and yet, secluded in the hills of Makiki Heights with beautiful ocean, Diamond Head and City views. Just to clarify; the backyard is behind the big property which it is open for guests use, we are not sure what you mean by "playground", the Kayak is right under the stairway which it is easily noticeable and our guests are welcome to use it, you should have asked me but I understand. The internet is locked but I did tell you the name and password upon your arrival and again, you can just ask if you have questions and we will be happy to answer all your questions. As for the cash or check payment, we tell all of our guests that we do not accept credit cards but people forget with the excitement of coming to Hawaii. Thanks again for your feedback, it is always welcome.
