This wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with amazing views of Pusch Ridge and the Catalina mountains is awaiting your visit! Fully equipped to be your home away from home, located so so close to shopping, restaurants and multiple golfcourses including the famous Arizona National Golfcourse. A quick drive less than 5 minutes away to a large multiple public pool center that offers both a lap pool, open family pool, a water slide and kiddy pool with water mushroom and more! In addition to the pool complex there is a large YMCA center with full exercise center, classes, etc. Silver Sneaker members can still use your memberships here. This home is all one level, wheelchair accessible and senior friendly!

*MASTER BATHROOM is large, spacious, and well lit. Seperate soaker tub, large shower, double vanity with dual sinks and beautiful tile floors. A nice place to soak in a bubble bath after a wonderful day hiking or golfing! Shampoo/conditioner, bodywash, handsoap, body lotion all included
* HALL BATHROOM: has a combination bathtub and shower also well lit, positioned in convienent location between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for easy access.
*LIVING ROOM: has high ceilings, ceiling fans, a wonderful gas fireplace to keep cozy by during the winters or to add a little romance by. Tasteful and comfortable furniture, 46" Flat panel HD TV, surround sound stereo,dvd,amazing views from the windows of the mountains so close it feels as if you could almost reach out and touch them. Tons of seating-3 couches great for family or friends to just hang out. Large patio door off living room.
BEDROOMS: Master bedroom has queen size bed, TV. 2nd, 3rd bedroom is equipped with double size beds, new linens, and furnished for comfort and relaxation.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped making family and entertaining guests a breeze. All full size appliances, stovetop and oven, dishwasher,microwave refrigerator,disposal, etc. Really everything you need to keep your eating out budget to a minimum and cooking at "home" easy. The kitchen island provides seating for casual dining and separates the dining room from the kitchen. Great layout for food prep, boasts tile floors and counters and high ceilings.
*DINING ROOM: Attractive Dining room surrounded with windows, table that seats 6 conveniently located right off of kitchen for easy access during meals.
*LAUNDRY FACILITIES: with washer and dryer provided right off of garage in the mud room walk thru.
SOME OF THE COMMENTS SHARED ABOUT THIS BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD AREA:
This home is in a perfect location. We were close (but not too close) to restaurants, malls, and grocery stores, golfing, and still located in a quiet residential neighborhood with exceptional views. You will feel safe in this upscale neighborhood and should take advantage of it by enjoying early morning walks and late afternoon and evening walks to beat the heat during the hot summer. On the practical side, there isa grocery store less than 5 mins away and access to the freeway is fast and easy. We used the gas fire place every morning and the outside fire pit and BBQ in the evenings. Excellent location in a nice area. Its near everything, golf, site seeing, grocery stores, restaurants shopping ctrs, movie theaters, public library, and multiple parks.
Yard is private and fenced.The desert and a mountain are at the back door. This was also one of the quietest rental areas we've experienced. It is so nice that there are no neighbors behind the property. Just the saguaro cacti and the quail. This beautiful home sits high atop a bluff above the main part of the neighborhood, providing unrestricted views of the Catalina Mountains from the living room and patio/backyard The location of the house is great to see the sites of Tucson and visit family and friends in Oro Valley.
