Casa Encanto is a Beautiful, Authentic Adobe home located on a quiet street in the heart of Santa Fe Historic Eastside. This luxury home is a block away from the art galleries and shops of Canyon Road, and a short walk to the Santa Fe Plaza (5 blocks.)

Filled with old Southwest charm, this beautiful home was built 100 years ago and recently remodeled with superior quality, tasteful interior design, and beautiful deccor. Double adobe walls, wood vigas throughout, stone and hardwood floors express the ultimate in Santa Fe style, giving you the perfect combination of comfort and elegant architecture.

This home features a beautiful courtyard entrance, garden, private flagstone patio with fountain and outdoor dining table, where you can relax and enjoy a meal, a BBQ, or refreshments.

Follow the flagstone pathway to the outdoor Hot Tub. It is completely private and can make for a wonderfully romantic evening or an apres ski rejuvenation with friends.

This home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 queens and 1 King), 2 full baths, 3 kiva fireplaces, a cozy living room and a wonderful, large Kitchen. There is a beautiful outdoor garden and flagstone patio off the living room and kitchen areas.

The kitchen is very well equipped and offers top of the line stainless steel appliances and a large kiva fireplace.

The comfortable living room features another kiva fireplace as well as a 42-inch flat screen TV with a DVD player.

The luxurious master suite features a king pillow-top bed, kiva fireplace, flat screen TV, walk-in closets, private entrance, outside patio area, and a spacious master bath with double vanity, shower and jacuzzi bath tub.

The second bedroom features a unique custom log bed with a memory foam queen mattress , walk in closet and sitting area.

The third bedroom features a comfortable queen pillow top bed, beautiful decor and a private entrance off the back portal.

Our home is a one level single house with great outdoor areas enclosed within tall adobe walls. It is suitable and safe for pets and small kids. Great for adults and elderly.
