Description

Ocean Breeze has it all! This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home was remodeled in 2011. The living-dining-kitchen area is huge, surrounded by walls of glass, and outfitted with the comforts of home: great kitchen with solid surface counters and brand new appliances, huge sofa with room for everyone, fireplace, flat screen TV, and great access to the deck and beach!

Also on this floor are a master suite to die for, a second bedroom, two full baths, and an office area with a small desk and high speed Internet connection. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, access to the ocean front deck, and a great bath with separate shower, double vanity, and bath tub! The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV.... plus ocean views!

On the lower level are two additional bedrooms and two baths as well as a TV room, laundry, and kitchenette for those late night snackers! One bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath, and deck access. The other has two twin-over-double bunk beds and a private bath, all in a nautical theme.

Decks abound at Ocean Breeze. The upper level deck wraps around one side of the house, providing lots of seating and great sea breezes, as well as connection to the dune walk over. The lower level deck also attaches to the dune walk over but provides a shady area for relaxation or play. Ocean Breeze is so delightful that you may never want to leave!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
