A 3 bedroom 3bathroom full size kitchen pool and only 5 minutes drive to the beach, their is also a day care available with 24 hour service(fee). This villa/apartment is located in Iron Shore a sort after area for travelers. Close to everything. Maid and car services are available upon request

This property offer all quest a personal touch of class. We can provide house keeping, laundry service, preparation of all meals, transportation, Sightseeing these and many other thing that will make your stay even more Pleasurable. Some area's require fees.

Response from the owner I really am very disappointed with this group first they booked a "apartment" three bedrooms at the rate of ($115.00) per night; however we gave them a FREE up grade to a very Exclusive villa that rents for ($450.00) per night and this is the discount price... They were told that there isn't any smoking inside they did anyway. They also had fights between the two sisters to the point the grounds keeper had to call me more then once... I had to tell them if they did not stop they would have to leave the property... I was very uncomfortable with them at one point. Every room has two towels it has been that away I do not understand why this group would make such a unbelievable statement. if you review all of my guest review this was never a issue... I do not care to talk down about people but just read all my consistent review they will always tells the story... The WiFi was a issue and I was working to fix it and I apologize for this issue... When you are in Jamaica a tropical environment if you leave the doors open there are bugs that will enter if you leave food open or on the floor as well. A clean environment is a safe environment... This is a Villa in the middle of a very high amount of tropical plants and trees; lots and lots of grass.... I have asked them on many, many occasions to close the doors when the AC was on no luck on that. There is one area that ALL my properties always shine just read the reviews when it comes to cleanliness. During this groups stay the villa was cleaned twice per week... Anytime we have guest for two weeks it has to be cleaned it is just a standard of good practice... I do not recommend this group....
