Description

Furnished like a high-end hotel, on the Architect's Tour in Santa Cruz, enjoy white-water views from the upstairs deck, great room, and master bedroom. We provide a great barbeque grill on the high, upstairs deck (from which you can watch surfers), everything a cook could want--including a large dining table. The large, almost-new hot tub has strong jets and we also offer a 'conversation circle' around a fire in the beautifully landscaped back yard. Help yourself to a good book in our downstairs library, or a puzzle or a game. Or play ping pong on the lower large deck. Baby crib and baby sheets provided.

One bedroom upstairs has a king, large master bath, and ocean view. 2nd B/R upstairs has a queen, full bath, anteroom with a desk and crib. One B/R downstairs has a queen, another has one double and two single beds. Third, large bathroom downstairs, along with a den with TV, DVD, a second refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink, and stovetop.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dorothy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
