Delight in the custom built, rock themed, swimming pool with waterfall. Privacy and quiet awaits you. There is plenty of outdoor space for everyone. A large covered terrace with bar-b-q and custom murals w/pirate theme make entertaining outdoors a delight. This house sits on an acre of land. Fenced front yard and ample parking.

This downstairs unit is under priced for it's value and your pleasure. Enjoy a romantic night sky and full moon from the master bedroom. Photos cannot capture the intensity of the 180 degree ocean view and rainforest atmosphere which can be appreciated from all rooms. Peace and tranquility yet only one mile to stores and the ocean. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Monica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
