Forget civilization in this Cape Cod Malibu beach house that sits just 45 seconds above Pacific Coast Hwy and enjoys 180 degree ocean views from Palos Verdes to the Anacapa Islands. 4 bedrooms. The spacious master suite has walk-in closets and it's own living-room size outdoor deck. A second even larger deck downstairs makes this an excellent entertainment home - and equally suited for private retreats. A floor plan made to maximize indoor-outdoor living.The kitchen is well-appointed, and contains an indoor grill. Almost all rooms have ocean views. There are two fireplaces. The ample, landscaped yard with sprawling lawn makes the setting private and serene. 5 minutes to Trances shopping center and Zuma Beach. Malibu's best scenic beaches are as close as one minute by car - or walk to them (see map). Hike at nearby Charmlee Park. Nearby restaurants.

The views are spectacular and the location is wonderful. Unfortunately, the maintenance was neither and emails and calls to the manager about broken equipment, etc. went unanswered.
