Tastefully furnished Mexican theme, one bedroom casita with a veranda overlooking the Bay of Ensenada and surrounding mountains. Located in an exclusive residential area, with views in all directions. We have 24-hour security and it's totally safe. The casita has it's own separate entrance as it's part of an estate home. Lots of hiking trails, easy and difficult, beaches within minutes, La Bufadora 5 mins. kayaking, fishing all available nearby.

Response from the owner I try my best to make sure my casita is clean and everything operational. Had I known the oven didn't work, I would have had it fixed. I tried to get a repairman to come, but he wasn't available until after the guests checked out. I have replaced the range with a new one. There is a microwave oven the guests could have used to heat their meals. Almost none of the homes in Mexico have central heat and we use propane heaters which are safe if they are attended, which is why I don't recommend running them at night. I have lots of extra blankets available. Had I known this guest was going to bring 5, I would have declined their reservation. I'm only set up to sleep a couple and two extra people. I have the unit professionally cleaned and have never had any complaints about cleanliness. I think this guest was unhappy because they were too crowded, and they also brought along two dogs. No wonder it was dusty.

How do damage deposits work?

If Janika (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
