3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Beach Villa (Sleeps 8-10)

What makes us different than other homes you may be considering:

· The Beach - The home is located on the ocean side of Beach Rd., so you just walk out your door and through our private access path. It’s literally 230 feet to Siesta Key Beach. No busy roads to cross and no need to find parking.

· Seconds to Siesta Key Village – The home is located right next to Siesta Key Village. You are a one block walk away from restaurants, bars, boutiques, and ice cream shops.

· Large Home – The home has just over 2,000 square feet on the top two levels and includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, lanai, and in-unit laundry. We also have a 1,000 square foot ground level that has the main entrance foyer and 2.5 car garage. It comfortably sleeps 8-10 people.

· Privacy & Security – The home is part of a small development. The home has its own gated driveway, garage, and entrance. This is not a high rise or large vacation rental development. When you stay at The Shells Villa you feel like you are in a home, not an apartment or hotel room.

· Amenities & Décor – The villa is elegantly appointed to make you feel at home. It has luxury finishes such as three flat screen TVs, surround sound audio, beautiful art work, fireplace, oriental rugs, and comfortable furniture. Free cable, Internet (wireless or wired), phone, beach toys, and gas grill are also included.

· Peace of Mind – Don’t leave anything to chance. The Shells Villa has a very responsive owner and is locally managed. Our office is located within walking distance of the home, so if you run into any issues you know we will be there to help.

“Great Experience and Location!”

We could not have been happier with our Experience at Shell Villa. Location to the Village was super close as described. Access to the beach was great both through the private walkway or the public access about two block away. The house was well stocked and the floor plan was perfect for our two families. Best place I have rented on SK in 5 years.

Perfect location to the village with a short walk to the most beautiful beach! This villa had everything we needed to enjoy a full week of beach fun! Their were a few minor issues but they were taken care of promptly, thanks to Bob & Liz:). God willing, we will be back!

We recently stayed here having heard good things about Siesta Key and how close we were to the beach. We were not disappointed! This property has great beach access and is a short walk away from all kinds of restaurants, bars and shops. You literally wouldn't have to drive the entire trip if you didn't want to! The property is great and provided a lot of room for everyone. It was extremely clean and well maintained. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a getaway or even a longer term stay!

7 of us (2 families consisting of 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 6) stayed at the Shells Villa for 4 nights in November 2014. We had an excellent stay and would recommend this rental to anyone! Location is perfect -- you are close to the Village area and close to the beach. The beach is not as busy as the public beach to the south, so we never had any trouble finding a good place to set up for the day. The house is in great condition and we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. It was easy to get the keys from the management company, even when arriving on a Saturday evening. The kids loved the bunk beds. Overall, we had an excellent time and would recommend this location to anyone! PS - the lobster bisque and margaritas at The Hub Grill were excellent!

We've stayed at a lot of rental places in Florida and The Shells Villa is BY FAR the best place we've found. This is our 3rd year in a row staying at this property and we LOVE it! Not only is the property super close to the best beach in very well appointed, has super duper air conditioning (important!) and even an elevator to lug heavy luggage up to the 2nd and 3rd floor. We have 3 year old twins and thought we'd be in for trouble, but the owners were so thoughtful and helped us find safety gate and step stool rentals....even a babysitter service so we could have a date night! The owners have thought of everything and the house is beautiful, very clean, awesome tv and stereo systems throughout, and a great screened in balcony....we leave tomorrow and headed back to Chicago snow :(. We'll be back again for sure. As a bonus, we found some of the most delicious French fare at Bonjur Cafe.....and Gabbiano's recent facelift and new management has turned it into a 10 out of 10!

“Fabulous vacation”

Our stay was excellent. The location was great as it was only 200 yds to the beach. The beach has the white sand that doesn't get hot. Wonderful to build castles on. The house was immaculate when we stayed there. It was only a few blocks away from the grocery store and boutiques. It was very nice to have chairs to sit on the beach waiting for us. It would be great to have a regular chair and lounge chair. In the home I would like a new mattress in the master suite. It was hard and when you turn you get stuck in a hole. It would also be helpful to have some hanging lights to help with reading at night. We plan to return again.

We identified the issue in August and we installed a new hotel quality king size bed (upgrade from a queen) and mattress two weeks ago. The new mattress also has a memory foam topper for added comfort.

“We Love Siesta Key”

One of the things that I loved about this home was how clean it was. When you travel with your family, you want it to be fun and relaxing, but you also want your family to stay in a clean, safe location. I definitely felt this way at Shells Villa. Everything was in shipshape when we arrived so we could just go and enjoy that stunning beach, just right down the private walkway. Plus, we enjoyed the donut shop and other new boutiques in town on our nightly adventures to the Village. We will definitely be back to Siesta Key. Can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at the Shells Villa and had an outstanding time! The location is ideal - a short walk through a private path to the world class Siesta Key beaches and a block from the Siesta Key village which has a number of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Almost everything you would need is within walking distance. The accommodations were also outstanding. The house is very spacious and could certainly fit many more than our family of 5. It is also very modern, well kept and provided all the comforts and amenities that you would have at home. We have stayed in many other rental properties but this was our favorite. I would highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Siesta Key.

We just returned from a week stay at the Shells villa and we absolutely loved it! We have stayed in other properties on Siesta Key over the years, but this was by far the best one. Not only due to the fabulous location within walking distance to the village, but also the proximity to the beach. We had 10 people in our villa and everyone slept comfortably, the elevator was great for loading groceries and coolers and suitcases and the kids loved the bunk room. If I had to give one "negative" it would be that there is no ocean view at all from the villa, but we didn't mind because we were on the beach all day anyway and then at night we were in town. I would highly recommend this and would absolutely stay here again.

We spent a week at Shells Villa in Siesta Key and just couldn't get enough. The home was beyond our expectation, even better than the video we saw on the site. The home was very clean, well appointed, and had very nice appliances, decor and new tvs :). We couldn't believe how close the beach and all the great restaurants were. We'll definitely be booking our next trip soon. So glad we found Shells wife and our 2 year old twins loved it. Kid friendly and great referrals to rental companies...delivered pack and plays and hassles!!!
