This family friendly vacation condo rental sits directly on the beach in the heart of Panama City Beach. Our well-equipped condo is located in Gulfgate Condo's on the 4th floor allowing unobstructed, breathtaking sunset and beach views.
Our beautifully newly decorated 1 bedroom condo with a Queen sized bed features an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dining/living room combination with a Queen Sofa sleeper and a full sized bathroom.
The floor to ceiling windows in the living areas allow panoramic views of the white sand beaches and the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A sliding door connects the inside living area to your private balcony where you can view all that the beach has to offer while relaxing in a comfortable chair sipping on an ice cold beverage.
Just outside your door, on our private sugar-white beach are endless choices in how to spend your day. Make a splash in the beachfront swimming pool. You can also stroll along the pristine shore, splash in the warm, emerald green waters, build a sandcastle or toss a Frisbee. Staying in our condo offers access to many beach and water sports activities such as chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, jet skis, para-sailing, and banana boat rides to name a few. Our perfect location is within walking distance to some of the beaches best dining, shopping and entertainment. At the end of the day make sure and catch the beautiful sunset that seems to melt into the water-always a unique and breathtaking experience.
No Smoking Pets with owners approval. Must be 25 yrs old to rent and be staying in the condo the entire stay. No one under the age of 25 is ever to be left alone in the condo.
