Photovoltaic solar panels on the roof. Rainwater harvesting used to water the landscaping in the courtyard. Covered compost barrel. LED "dark-sky" exterior lighting and solar LED walkway lighting. Charge your electric car at the private charging station in the driveway. All non-electric cars park on the street and it's always easy and free.

Spacious 550 S.F. studio apartment, french doors open onto relaxing sunny courtyard with fragrant trumpet tree which shades the colorful hammock.

Bedroom area (no doors) with comfortable king-sized bed and high-quality linens. Large Walk-in closet. Pull-out sofabed in living room area.

Fully stocked kitchen with new breakfast bar.

Large, recently renovated bathroom with two-person shower and dual showerheads. Bath towels provided.

Free easy street parking.

Charge your electric car at the high speed charging station in the driveway!

Flat-screen 32" Philips TV with DirecTV and HBO/Showtime/Cinemax

Netflix-ready DVD player

Wi-Fi high-speed internet.

Shared washer & dryer with upstairs guest. Laundry room is around the side of the house.

Shared jacuzzi is available for use from 9am-9pm and is for adults only, please.

Grab one of the books off the shelf and lounge in the hammock. Play a board game! BBQ with the gas grill in the courtyard (guests are responsible for providing their own propane).

Keypad lock entry so your arrival time is flexible, you can let yourselves in whenever you pull into town.

Check-in after 4pm and Check-out before 11am.

We provide enough consumable supplies like TP and Paper Towels for the first few days and after that the guest is responsible for providing their own.

There is a bus stop 3 blocks from the house, uber and lyft is used all over the city and we are right in the heart of a very walkable area of San Diego. Walk 5 blocks to Balboa park
