Charge your electric car at the private charging station in the driveway. All non-electric cars park on the street and it's always easy and free.
Spacious 550 S.F. studio apartment, french doors open onto relaxing sunny courtyard with fragrant trumpet tree which shades the colorful hammock.
Bedroom area (no doors) with comfortable king-sized bed and high-quality linens. Large Walk-in closet. Pull-out sofabed in living room area.

“Great place in a walkable neighborhood”
The location in the South Park neighborhood is handy for easy walking to many good restaurants and shops. The place itself is simple, clean and comfortable, without stinting. From the French press coffeemaker (an automatic drip maker was provided, too) to the hair dryer to the private courtyard with the trumpet tree, citrus trees, cactus and more, the environment was just what we had hoped: Relaxing. On-street parking was always easily available right there. The owners were helpful but not intrusive. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who asked.
The studio, set in a low-key neighborhood away from the frantic tourist spots, is a great place to relax for a few days. Not too far from some amazing restaurants and the San Diego Zoo, it's a great base of operations for a San Diego vacation and provides the amenities of home if you want a night in. I'd definitely stay here again.
Enjoyed this elegant, clean and modern flat in San Diego while staying there for a week visiting a friend. South Park / Balboa Park is a lovely neighbourhood. The kitchen is fully equipped which makes cooking easy, the bed is very comfy (and large!) the front yard has a sitting space with some shade and a hamac. Very charming space, will stay again!

Our stay at the Eco Studio was a stress-free and lovely experience. Booking was very easy and convenient, and our hosts were responsive and timely. The Studio was immaculate and stylishly but simply furnished, which enhanced the open feeling of the space. The bed was amazingly comfortable-probably the best away-from-home I've ever slept in! Very convenient, walkable location--lots of great restaurants/coffee/bar spots nearby. Gorgeous ocotillo in the courtyard! Greatly appreciated the high end washer and dryer included in the rental, and the keyless entry. Noted also great accessibility for any requiring this. Loved the neighborhood, would absolutely return!

We really enjoyed the month spent at the Studio. The location is perfect! Walking distance to Balboa park, the yummy Buena Forchetta restaurant, the very cool Hamilton's tavern and both shape whipping studios Ginseng Yoga and G-Fit. The kitchen is well stocks in cookware and the bed is sooo confy. I need these sheets! The yard is perfect for the dogs and the neighborhood was great to walk in! Would definitely come back and recommend highly to everyone!
This studio was perfect for our needs. It had a full kitchen which allowed us to take advantage of a few home cooked meals. ( breakfast and lunch). Clean and quiet. I would not recomend for more than one couple due to privacy. But, it is perfect for one couple or a small family. We used the studio as a home base. It is 20 - 30 minutes from Coronado to La Jolla. Very convenient. We are golfers, and would recommend Balboa Park Golf Course. Only 6 blocks away.

Rosemary and Sean are great hosts. If we had any questions, they were prompt to respond but gave us our space, too. The accommodations are amazing; inside and out. The bed was so comfortable, plush linens and towels. Wonderful fenced in private yard that was great for reading, grilling, and relaxing. Really great for those traveling with a dog, too! Easy parking, safe and quiet neighborhood situated in a great part of town - walking distance to Balboa Park, dog park, etc. We were sad to leave and highly recommend their place. Not a single complaint!
