Description

Our three bedroom town house has a private yard and backs up to the San Juan Mountains with great views of the mountains and Narrow Gauge Railroad. You can view from the yard, Master bedroom balcony or climb the stairs behind the unit for up close pictures. Our renters say they meet every train when they are home. The unit sleeps 10 and is 2,100 sq. ft. with 3 story cathedral ceilings in the large great room and cathedral ceilings in each bedroom with fantastic mountain views in all directions. Sip your coffee and watch the sunrise on the deck in front or watch the sunset from the patio with gas grill while having dinner. The great room has TV, DVD, Stereo, wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), eating area for 8 with sliding doors to outdoor patio and wildlife watching. We have a resident deer family that will put on quite a show. The kitchen is furnished with EVERYTHING, spices, crock pot, coffee bean grinder, pantry, coolers. Second eating area for 6 off opposite side of kitchen, laundry room with W/D, soaking sink, garage, ski storage, ½ bath on first floor. Second floor has Master Bedroom with queen, private deck, master bath with 6x6 ft. Jacuzzi tubs., double sinks, TV, DVD. Second bedroom has queen and twin bed, TV, DVD with full bath tub and shower adjacent. We are pet friendly. We live just ¼ mile down the road on the river so obviously think this is the place to be with easy access to town, ski area, outfitters, hiking, biking, and historical sites. We love to share our local knowledge of the best outfitters, what to see and do, where to relax, shop and where to eat. Give us the ages of your group, interest and we will make your Durango vacation the best it can be. So get your family and friends together and give us a call.

There was a screw up in the access to the key code and the easiest solution was to put you in the unit next door which is a mirror image of the town home you rented. How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jack / Linda (the owner) a message.

If Jack / Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
