Imagine glorious beachfront, outdoor kitchen & livingroom, hammocks, shaded yoga space fits 7, spectacular view, steps from the pounding surf! Our lap pool opens to a larger round pool for floating around & a shallow deck for cooling off. Sunsets & warm tropical breezes!The beach is just steps away and the most awesome pool in Troncones even closer. Amazing ocean/beachfront views from the outdoor kitchen, dining area, living room, downstairs bedroom, upstairs 'palapa' dining room, upstairs master bedroom and bungalows. Only 2 individual bungalows are available from Jan. 1 to April 30, 2014. Please see our bungalow listing for prices to rent bungalows. The main house in not available until May 1.The property has 5 bdrs (six beds) and 5 bathrooms. The main house contains 3 bdrs and bathrooms and is two stories. 2 individual bungalows are adjacent to the main house and each includes a queen bed, bathroom, outside shared living and dining area and small kitchen. Each bungalow has its own private patio.The upstairs master bdr has a king bed and it's own balcony and is near another bdr with 2 beds for kids or adults. Downstairs is another bdr with queen bed and ocean view. The upstairs 'palapa' room (underneath the palapa roof), has arguably the best ocean/beach/sunset views on the property- it is spectacular. Enjoy ocean and garden views as you ascend the winding, outside staircase to access the palapa room, it's round table and comfortable sofa.Do you love to cook? You will not find a more beautiful kitchen anywhere. You're view is spectacular. This is heaven for foodies! Marisela, our onsite housekeeper will give you cooking lessons or even shop and cook meals for you if you like! Let us know if you'd like our special bed and breakfast rate!The local fruit and veggie truck and fish vendors pass by regularly so you can have most of what you need delivered right to your door.The shallow part of the 50-foot-long lap section of the pool is steps away from the house, and the lap area gradually slopes deeper into a seven meter diameter, 8 foot depth deep end, with a large 'wet deck' in 2-3 inches of water for relaxing while staying cool and enjoying your favorite beverage...You can surf, bodysurf, and boogie board, right in front of our property because we are on the clearest stretch of rock free beach; rinse off in the beachfront outdoor shower, and dip in the pool. We have 3 glorious hammocks for hanging around in. 1 is a double for sharing lazy moments with your honey! Troncones is a charming small town (pop. 500), 'downtown' being just over a kilometer (2/3 mile) away by beach stroll or dirt road, with restaurants, small stores, and some shopping just minutes away. Present Moment retreat is a 5 minute walk down the beach for yoga, qigong and dance classes daily as wel as evening entertainment and great food and atmosphere. Ixtapa resort (20 minutes away by car) or Zihuatanejo (35 minutes away), a lovely port city (sportfishing, diving/snorkeling, shopping, restaurants) of about 60,000. You can hire a 'panga' to go fishing from Majahua, a quaint Mexican village 10-15 minutes away by car or beachfront road 'combi' (bus). You will love it here!! Our on site staff is available to prepare your meals and shop for you. We are within in walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a yoga resort where you can take drop in classes. A fruit and vegetable truck passes by a few times a week and fresh fish and tortillas is delivered daily if you like.

I also guide cleanses, teach yoga classes and do massage on site November- May upon request.

Refund policy: 1/2 due for deposit, the rest 60 days before arrival, full refund minus a 10% fee if cancelled more than 60 days ahead, 25% min. fee if less than 60 but we will only refund what we are able to re-book for your time, minus the 25% fee; we recommend traveler insurance.

How do damage deposits work?

If Leela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
