Minutes from Capitol Reef National Park and Boulder Mountain this 4200 square foot converted barn is the perfect place for a family vacation. Elegance meets rustic in spacious accommodations that include a gourmet kitchen, pool table, flat screen TV, loads of visiting space, a sleeping loft and an outdoor patio complete with BBQ, and a fire pit. A pasture is available for horses. There is plenty to do including hiking, fishing, and hunting.

“An experience we will not forget”

How do damage deposits work?

If Sandy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
