A bright modern child friendly 1st floor apartment with large twin balcony/ terrace on the exclusive Sandbanks peninsula with sea views. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is a 2 minute walk from the award winning blue flag sandy beaches, beautiful sunsets over Poole harbour, Brownsea Island and Studland peninsula. Modern kitchen with large fridge freezer, induction hub, Double oven, Washer dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine for Latte on the balcony and filter coffee. Lounge has satelite flatscreen Smart TV, Surround sound and fast fibre Internet Wifi connectivity included. Large communcal gardens. Plenty of on site parking. Watersports, walking and cycling on the doorstep so car not necessary. No pets.

The spacious lounge diner is equipped with a contemporary dining table and 4 chairs, comfortable sofa and chair, flat screen Smart TV surround sound system. The lounge and master bedroom lead through patio doors to the large furnished double width balcony with sea views.
The Kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons as listed above.
A modern second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
For children there is a travel cot and some toys.

Getting around

The apartment is ideally situated for the beaches, restaurant and shops all a short walk away. The Sandbanks ferry is a short walk and takes you over to the beautiful national trust beach of Studland with great views back to Sandbanks and Poole Harbour. We go by foot and it is free to return at any time. Alternatively you can take the car over and explore Studland and Purbeck with National Trust Corfe Castle about a 20 minute drive. Another great option is to pick up the 50 bus in the summer called the Purbeck Breezer as you can sit upstairs on the open top deck and take in the views to Swanage with the bus having priority on the ferry you won't have to queue and the kids will love it. Why not get the steam train at Swanage to Corfe back?

“Spacious apartment in beautiful Sandbanks”

This large apartment was great for us four adults as it is spacious and had everything you could need away from home and more. The views from the lounge in the evening of the sea was so relaxing. We just parked up and didn’t use the car again, we walked 5 minutes and we were on the beautiful beach and the same walking distance to restaurants and Poole Harbour to just sit and watch the world go by. We got on the bus to Bournemouth,Poole and Swanage which included the ferry, and also visited Brownsea Island. We spend late afternoons strolling on the promenade at Sandbanks from Shore road. Great location and apartment to stay in and recharge your batteries -hopefully we will be back again. Thank you to Ian and Colette for all your advice and information which helped us feel relaxed as soon as we arrived.

This apartment was the perfect base for our family holiday with our 6 month old daughter. Spacious, clean apartment in a great location. Ian and Collette were very responsive and gave us all the information we needed in a timely manor. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

“Excellent location, superb break”

We have just returned from our extended stay at Sandhills. We have had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is amazing, with a beautiful view of the sea. The weather was incredible for this time of the year. The apartment is well appointed and the hosts, Colette and Ian, are very helpful and will do whatever they can to ensure you have the best possible stay. We will be returning as soon as we can, thank you

How do damage deposits work?
