Description

After an exhausting day at our local beach (possibly the best beach on the island for small children), you will lounge under the shaded terrace, a magical relaxation spot, with wonderful seaviews at daytime and moon & star views at night.

You will be located at the tranquil and exclusive area of Santa Maria in Paros. After a few minutes walk, you will be swimming in the beautiful sandy beaches of Santa Maria, possibly the best beach on the island for small children.

Some people might not like all this tranquility or the fact that they will have to cook their own fresh fish/meat in the BBQ provided, using herbs from the garden, but this is up to you to decide!

The villa is situated in a 1000 m2 plot of land with olive and fruit trees, aromatic herbs, lavender and wild flowers, which you are free to use . Carefully designed and built following the minimal Cycladic architecture, using local materials of the highest quality, the villa blends harmonically with its natural environment.

The large shaded terrace, which the villa enjoys, offers fabulous sea views, providing an ideal location for al fresco meals or evening cocktails with the moon and lights of Naxos island flicker across the sea.

The interior spaces are bright, nicely decorated in cool tones of white and beige. Simple lines, earth coloured furniture, stone and polished concrete floors and Aegean white walls bring out a laid-back feeling. The layout or the rooms offers the best possible privacy for everyone living in it.

The villa enjoys fully equipped and functional open plan kitchen, with cooking utensils and serving plates.

You will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa, with a private shaded terrace and garden from which you can pick herbs for their cooking

The neighborhood is a private residential area with villas.

One of the best beaches (Mikri Santa) on the island is within walking distance.

We are 20m from a bus stop, but the last bus from Naousa to the villas is at about 6pm. So it is not suitable for nightlife!

Renting a car is recommended, however we have had guests who just used the buses.

Villa Rodia is your home away from home, for a relaxing and memorable holiday!
