Description

I'm a charming house on a lovely Hvar island. I don't want to bore you with the technical information of my essence, though I can assure you I'm quite solid and no storm or tsunami will do me harm. I love nature, I cherish many wonderful plants and trees in my surroundings. I'm equipped with all kind of things and devices to make your stay more pleasant. I'm environmentally aware and I encourage my friends to care. I offer protection of the sun and I'll do my best to make my tenants feel good.

The cottage is three double bedroom detached house with a swimming pool and lovely, diverse garden.

It is situated in Vela Rudina village, just two kilometers away from Stari Grad city, on the island of Hvar.

The exterior of the property consists of terrace, courtyard with outdoor seating, pool with the pool deck, large garden and outside fire place/bbq. The interior of the house consists of kitchen with dining area and living room, bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Exterior staircase leads up on first floor where are two bedrooms and toilet.

Sustainability is our goal, that's why property has inland water tank for collecting rain water, which is used for watering the garden plants. There is a bio waste collector in the garden for compost production.

The property is perfect for ones who seek to be connected with nature and wants to fully absorb the energy of plants, sun and stars. It's been a soul kitchen for many who stayed.

If you are looking for a an active holiday or you just want to have fun, the area offers you plenty of possibilities to hike, bike, dive, swim, kayak, trek, run or similar. You can easily get one of the excursion that Hvar island has to offer.
