Perth Holiday Stays is proud to offer you Quinns Retreat. We are an accredited business by the Tourism Council of WA

Located in a quiet little street in Quinns Rocks, this is a fantastic home for a family vacation

The home features

Master bedroom with queen bed - ensuite with spa bath

Bedroom two with double bed

Bedroom three and four with two single beds and bedroom 5 with a single bed

Modern kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge freezer with water and ice cube dispenser, microwave and a Nespresso Coffee machine

The large family room has the benefit of Foxtel for those wanting to be entertained inside and those with a bit more energy will enjoy the large pool with built in spa area and under the alfresco area there is table tennis which both the children and adults will love plus a lovely alfresco furniture.

The home also benefits from Wi Fi a must for keeping in contact with family and friends back home :)

Please note all arrival times are 2 pm and on-wards and all departures times are strictly 10 am or before

When departing we ask that guests leave the home neat and tidy and respect the neighbours at all times

“Can not recommend Kim enough, a God Send!!!”

I can not praise Simply Heaven enough, We rented two properties from Kim during June & July (Frangipani & Quinns Retreat) and both were suburb properties that totally fitted our needs. Kim was an absolute God send to us as we were delayed moving into the new house we purchased in Oz and at last minute Kim arranged us alternative accommodation as well as giving us loads of helpful advice, which as newbies was really useful and greatly appreciated. We requested a highchair and cot in both properties and both were like new with new out of the packet bedding! Both homes were lovely and Kim was always on the end of the phone to fix any problems or give advice. Thank you so much again Kim, we count our blessings that we used your company as our first proper taste of Perth!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kim (the owner) a message.

If Kim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
