Description

This beautiful ocean view condo is located in a new and elegant building which was completed in 2008. The condo offers two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with three twins. Counting the small fold out couch in the living room, a family of six can comfortably sleep in this unit. There are two full bathrooms, a beautifully decorated living room, a fully equipped and modern kitchen as well as an over sized balcony which offers spectacular views of the Pacific ocean as well as breathtaking sunsets. Also included are free local calls, cable TV and WIFI.

The building offers an indoor as well as an outdoor pool, sauna, conference room and 24 hour security.

Located in the beautiful resort town of Viña del Mar, you will fall in love with this beautiful country and its people. The building is located just one half bock form the largest mall in town and one block to the beach. Upon exiting the building, take stroll along the main street to the town square where you will find many of the city's main attractions such as museums, churches, castles and a wide variety restaurants, shops and department stores. Walk or drive up the coastal road and enjoy spectacular views of Chile's impressive coastline with its amazing rock formations and wide array of colorful wildflowers.

Come to Chile and enjoy a vacation of a lifetime. Once you arrive at our condo we are certain that you will have found a home away from home.
