A wonderful place to relax, meditate, or just relax in your own way instead.The building has two elevator with capacity for 8 people, also has stairs if you prefer walking.While staying in the city center, the buildings are old and most likely without windows, the stairs are very narrow and mostly do not have elevators. I am also a traveler and know perfectly the needs of a short and long stay. Do not think twice when it comes to comfort and safety issue.Here, privacy is all yours. We will always try to help with any situation that may arise. We can also set you up with tours to visit places of interest around Cuenca Gualaceo Chordeleg, Paute, Sigsig, Ingapirca, Cajas, Alausi, etc.. Even if this were not enough can also recommend good places to eat, because that's what it has to do with Cuenca, good food and good weather. The condo is on the 4th floor with wonderfull view , two elevator, centralized gas system, hot water in bathrooms and kitchen, quiet neighborhood, near downtown, the building has 2 wheelchair access from the street and from the parking lot. The condo is suitable for tourists and business visitors from around the world. To feel at home.The Condo is located 1.8Milles from the downtown, in a quiet neighborhood and on a main road, making it simple to take taxi or public transport. A new building, closed circuit surveillance, security guard 24 hours.The Condo has one master bedroom with king side bed, tv led 32”, big closet, window with nice view, has full bathroom, hairdryer, electric heater. Second bedroom with queen side bed, closet and window. Third bedroom with two twin bed, closet and window. the last two bedrooms share a full bathroom, living room, kitchen full equipment, mattresses and pillows in all rooms are new, orthopedic and mite to have a pleasant rest. The kitchen equipped with: refrigerator, stove, blender, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, rice cook, electric skillet, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and all the necessary kitchen menage for 6 people, the room equipped with comfortable and modern furniture , mini stereo, blue ray, 32-inch LED TV, dining area for 6 people. The condo also has a telephone, cable TV with and Wi-Fi with VDSL speed down-up 3.6MB available all the apartment. Covered parking available. On the ground floor there is private gym extra charge. About Condo there are several food shops, fruit, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser, etc. A few blocks away is the Supermaxi and a short taxi ride to the Mall del Rio has many shops to buy.

I regret that you did not know your upset when we talked. With regard you as a guest, they were very careful and respectful with the things of the apartment, when I received everything was in order. I regret that you have felt noise speakers, singing roosters and stuff. Just as information, Cuenca is a city full of traditions, and some families may mantangan certain pets like cats, dogs and chickens.
