Description

Aloha and welcome to our Island Home.

Ohana is Hawaiian for family and that is who you are when you stay with us. Our retreat is nestled on Anna Maria Island, Florida and is a short 5 minute walk to the white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Your vacation Hale (home) has been newly refurbished featuring a huge luxury kitchen with granite countertops and stainless stell appliances, over the stove microwave oven and all the amenities you would have at home. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat. There is also a wall mounted flat screen TV with cable and blur-ray/DVD player. Don't forget to bring your IPOD or MP3 player so you can listen to your favorite tunes on our tower stereo.

Floors are Italian travertine in the kitchen and bath and bamboo laminate in the living and bedroom areas. Luxury continues into the bathroom with Italian travertine throughout, brushed nickel fixtures and soft thick cotton towels.

The bedrooms features super soft 400 thread count Egyptian cotton duvet cover, sheets and plush pillows to help you relax the night away and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom.

We offer three locations on Anna Maria Island.

Ohana Hale North is in Holmes Beach and is a short 2 1/2 block walk to the beach. It has a one bedroom or 2 bedroom suite. The rates shown are for the 1 bedroom suite.

You can shut out the world while you are staying with us or if you need to stay connected, we include wireless high speed internet, cable TV .

Anna Maria Island is a bit of old Florida. It doesn't offer mega resorts or towering condos with crowded beaches, it does offer quiet white sandy beaches and a great family atmosphere. Come see why so many others are finding out that you don't have to compromise on a great beach vacation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fawn (the owner) a message.

If Fawn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
