Overlooking picturesque green pastures, this cottage provides well-presented and attractive accommodation for up to four people, with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.Formerly part of a dairy building, this lovely property is situated on a hillside, close to the village of St Newlyn East. With under floor heating, exposed beams and modern appliances, this holiday home provides a seamless mix of old world charm and up to date practicality. Well decorated and tastefully furnished, the property also offers a fitted kitchen, a living room with slate flooring and a wonderful garden - ideal for outdoor dining, or relaxing with a drink on a warm summer evening.
Amenities: Oil underfloor heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with full Sky package inc.film, sport and Netflix, DVD, WiFi( Fibre Broadband). All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair available on request. Ample off road parking. Electric car charging point available by arrangement with owner. Shared enclosed lawned garden with superb views & furniture. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop & pub 2.5 miles. Note: Some of the electricity in this property is generated by solar panels.

For a livelier nightlife, visitors will enjoy the various clubs and pubs in nearby Newquay, though also of interest in the town are the impressive Zoo and Sea Life Centre. Also within easy driving distance is the cathedral city of Truro and the magnificent Eden Project.
