Description

This detached, all ground floor cottage sleeps two people and is set in a rural location, one mile from the village of Hatt.Lynher Cottage is a welcoming detached stone cottage situated on the owners' alpaca smallholding, one mile from the Cornish village of Hatt. This cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom. The cottage also has a bathroom and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, the cottage has a patio with furniture. Lynher Cottage provides excellent accommodation for a couple at any time of year.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, Hot Tub, coffee machine, gas barbecue, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of DVDs and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels are inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Rear patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Travel cot. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The patio is unfenced and is raised 4 feet from the surrounding ground.

Region: Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Town: The village of Hatt offers a shop, post office and pub. Close by is the town of Saltash, plus there are woodland and riverside walks in the area and within driving distance are a number of National Trust properties. Hatt is a great base for a Cornish holiday at whatever time of year you decide to visit.
