La Mansion, Beachfront estate centered on Bahia De Navidad's famous crescent beach. Walk the beach 1/2 mile to Barra de Navidad one direction and 1/2 mile to Melaque the other. 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, Swimming Pool, Palapa, 3 outdoor showers, 5 flat-screen smart TV's with Netflix, wireless DSL, and much more. Caretaker and Maid on site in separate house. 25 minutes North of Manzanillo International Airport. Airport pickup, drop off and Suburban available.

Beautiful view to the ocean.

We just added ozone system to the pool. We don’t use chlorine.

House rules

During the winter time, owners stay upstairs with separated entrance, owner use the upstairs terrace and their own kitchen, owner will not use the pool or the common area, owner will give the privacy to the downstairs guesses , this have been working great during the WINTER time.
Customer can not make big parties with our let the owns know. they can do parties, sure, but the caretakers need to know to.

Response from the owner We are very disappointed if someone does not have a good experience at our house. We discussed this visit with our caretakers. They said at least 15 + 10 easy 25 to 30 additional people come over every day for 5 days from the bungalows next door. This surprise was a lot of work including the use of more of 60 towels. Our house is not intended for this kind of free additional use. The original rental agreement was 10 adultos. no 30 including kids. Frank e Irma Here is the respond of our manager Juan: Se fueron las otras personas (gracias a dios) todavía reclamando lo de los aires, no quisieron pagar los extras que estuvieron hospedados aquí y mucho menos los que entraban del tule, no se conformaron con todas las toallas extras que pudieron sino que se metieron a la lavandería y agarraron todas las toallas y varias sábanas que se tenían ahí para surtir los demás grupos que vienen, al entrar a limpiar encontramos el montón de toallas empapadas y enlodadas en los pisos de los baños, optamos por arreglar la chapa de la lavandería y de aquí en adelante mantener la puerta cerrada, la casa quedo muy sucia.
