Perfectly located townhouse in Louisville's premier historic district, The Cherokee Triangle. 200 feet to great restaurants, with dozens more restaurants, cafes, shops and clubs within a five minute walk.

The townhouse is 1550 square feet. On the first floor is the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and half bath. The living room has two full sized Sterns & Foster sleeper sofas and a gas fireplace. On the second floor is a king bedroom with private full bath and a fully equipped laundry room. The third floor has another spacious king bedroom, with a full private bath.

Each bedroom has a 32" flat screen television, the living room has a larger 40" flat screen television above the fireplace. Of course, there is cable and wifi throughout.

Top quality bedding and 400 thread count linens make for extremely comfortable sleeping!

The kitchen if furnished with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, full sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, mixer, pots, pans, utensils and dishes/cutlery for eight.

The neighborhood is filled with gorgeous historic homes, beautiful parks and multiple national landmarks. The immediate area is a lively zone of restaurants, cafes, clubs and shops. Fine dining is 1/2 block away, more casual choices like pizza, sushi, burgers and such are all within a block or less.

House rules

On arrival guest must complete Guest Arrival Form and produce photo ID and valid credit card. Pets must be pre approved; there is a pet fee of $55 for one dog, $85 for two dogs. No more than 2 pets permitted. No cats permitted due to allergy.
No noise that can be heard outside the residence is permitted after 10 weekends, 9 pm weeknights. Children are welcome, but must be closely supervised as the home is NOT child proofed in any way and may have hazards (like cleaning products) present.

As much as we would love to have a bald eagle in our neighborhood, you are far more likely to encounter dogs on leashes, squirrels and the occasional marauding raccoon.

I do want to clarify that the townhouse is not on the alley-- like most city streets, there is the main street in front and an alley running behind for garbage pickup, garage access etc. The entry to the townhouse is not from the alley and no windows overlook the alley. Very sorry you were bothered by noise, wish you had mentioned it as we would have complained on your behalf to the police and put an end to it. I am disheartened to find out that guests in any of our homes were bothered by something that we could fixed had we been told.
