My private beach home has everything for a get away. Bike or drive a short 2 miles to the beach or enjoy the pool right next door. The quaint shaded screened in porch gives extra space for quiet or family meals. Enjoy the quiet beaches of Bethany here!

This beach home is ready for an intimate get away or larger family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen and gas grill allow you to return from the days activities to eat and relax around the table or at the pool. The screened porch gives extra charm and. I love the times we have here and hope you will enjoy that special time away at the beach!

There are people who live in the development all year round but most are summer, weekend residents. It is very quiet and children with scooters and strollers are a welcome site! The neighbor hood is very well maintained. Take the bike out for an easy stroll around in the evening. Lots of other things to crabbing, clamming, water sports, shopping at the Outlets in Rehobeth or a trip to Ocean City,

You are welcome to use condiments and you will Find pancake mix and syrup for breakfast. Enjoy!

Failure to check out at 11am will result in a $50 surcharge.

Pool pass during the summer if lost is $50 for replacement

SAND MANAGEMENT IS CRITICAL! When you return from the beach you need to "rinse your toes with the hose". Sand left in the shower or tub will clog the pipes! If the showers are left full of sand and the pipes clogged the cost is $200 to have the plumber clear pipes which will be deducted from the deposit. Do as the locals do and rinse off before you come inside.

Prior to leaving turn Heat or AC off. Place all towels in laundry basket located in each room, leave beds that were used unmade.

Excessive cleaning. I charge a nominal fee for cleaning. I will need to charge and $50 surcharge when the condo is left in poor condition. This will be deducted from your deposit. Excessive is defined as overflowing garbage cans or garbage left on the floor, towels left on floors in bathrooms, excessive food left on counter or stove top, failure to run dishwasher prior to leaving.

During this time I have initiated essential cleaning protocols. This includes disinfecting of all high touch surfaces prior to your arrival and complete linen changes to assure your safe stay.
