Beautiful open-plan living space, comfortable en-suite bedrooms, a tiled terrace with a corner splash pool and spectacular ocean views – tucked away in the heart of one of Cape Town’s most exclusive suburbs, yet still close to all the beachfront action.

Situated in a secure block on Victoria Road in Bakoven, with direct elevator access via a security tag from the ground level garage, the apartment has a dedicated parking bay in the parking garage, with limited off-street parking for visitors.

The apartment’s entrance hall, featuring a guest toilet, leads into the main living spaces and kitchen, with the bedrooms tucked off to the side.

A modern kitchen greets you on the way into the dining area and lounge, which connect to the kitchen via a convenient serving counter.

The kitchen is fully equipped for easy holiday living, including a microwave, washer/dryer and stove.

The lounge and dining areas are bright and airy, with natural light flooding in from the sliding doors that open onto the terrace.

A dining table for six is great for entertaining and a comfortable lounge with couches, gas fireplace and television calls for absolute relaxation with unrivalled ocean views across Bakoven Bay.

The terrace is private, with outdoor dining for six people, and a corner swimming pool for refreshing dips.

The apartment has three beautifully furnished bedrooms.

The two back bedrooms enjoy a double and twin bed respectively, whilst the sea facing master bedroom offers a double bed.

The rooms enjoy spacious tiled en-suite bathrooms and each room is elegantly furnished in warm, earthy tones.

A fire escape is accessed via one of the back bedrooms.

Positioned along Victoria Road so there may be traffic noise in busy times.

Jättefint läge nära havet, dock ej stranden. Tyvärr trafikstört men sämst var att poolens reningssystem förstörde hela altanen.

We have taken steps to improve upon the WiFi connectivity across the entire portfolio and are hopeful to have this project rolled out and completed before the next busy season. We are sorry that the safes were not open for your arrival - this is something the team are tasked to inspect and we have taken this up with them. The owner will also be investing in a few touch ups to the property. We are sorry to hear that the power outages caused the distress that it did. Fortunately the keys are now all in working order, however power outages are still a reality for us here in the Cape. We do try our best to forewarn guests and have left schedules and suggested online links to check on frequently. We do hope to welcome you back to Camps Bay again soon All the best Team Nox

How do damage deposits work?
