Nestled against the base of Signal Hill, this stunning, contemporary 2 bed apartment enjoys panoramic city and ocean views.

Located in Green Point it is nice and close to a number of restaurants and shops, the Sea Point Promenade and the V&A Waterfront.

Air-con is not available throughout the property.

Experience a relaxing city break with all the comforts of home in a picturesque setting.

Situated in a cul-de-sac the apartment offers privacy and peace, while still being within one of Cape Town’s most popular suburbs.

The main living and dining area is open plan, and consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for four and a TV lounge with a large leather couch.

Foldaway glass doors open onto a balcony with views of the city and ocean.

There is also a patio lounge and outdoor dining for six guests.

Each of the bedrooms boasts a Queen-size bed, outdoor access, plenty of cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom.

The master bedroom opens onto the balcony, while the second bedroom opens onto a private courtyard.

Those who enjoy hiking will love the Lion’s Head path which begins just opposite the entry of the apartment.

It’s a great contour path which offers an excellent viewpoint of the city.

We will totally do what we can to highlight that the property is located in a cul de sac high up on a hill. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
