Why stay in a hotel when five couples or a large group can stay comfortably for 1/5 the price of a local hotel. This property and location are perfect for a family reunion, wedding, business retreat, romantic getaway, or golf outing. Large custom open floor plan with large kitchen and dual family rooms will accommodate all of your guests. The five large private bedrooms (three having their own private bathroom) make this home the ideal location for that large group or gathering. Located on a corner lot in one of Henderson's most quiet tranquil neighborhood. Property has massive cement play area for family/corporate challenge basket ball game. If you are visiting Lake Mead you are 10 minutes to Heneway Harbor and you will feel safe parking your most expensive toys on the 4000sq ft of parking space. If you cant break free from the job, need to send or receive that all important fax, or even print your bording passes sit down in the business center/office and knock it out. Private office comes complete with fax machine, printer, high speed internet and WiFi.

Decorated in the finest taste, the entire home has granite counter tops, high end quality cabinets, tile flooring, plush carpet, shutters, and beautiful high end furniture. We did it right when it comes to stocking the house with all the accessories for your stay to include popcorn poppers, cookware, plates, and silverware. Yes we have stayed at other vacation homes not owned by us and we hated eating off plastic bowls and spoons. You won't find that here!

Watch a movie in the family room, curl up with a book on the covered back patio, play a game of HORSE on the basketball court. How you enjoy your stay is up to you!

Response from the owner The house now has two tables in the kitchen area, seating for 16. There are 4 chairs at the kitchen counter. Total seating is for 20 at one time. We have switched cleaning services and those issues no longer exist.
