82 West First Street - This second row house, on the west side, features six bedrooms and three baths on two levels. On the main floor, there are four bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Two of the bedrooms are connected by a Jack n Jill style bathroom, and there's another bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed, and the other has three sets of bunk beds and TV. There's a hall bath on this level. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. The large dining room table has eight chairs and a bench along one wall; there are also three stools at one of the kitchen bars, and four stools at the other.
Amenities include enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, ceiling fans, blender, iron/small ironing board and secure Wi-Fi. You'll be able to enjoy a shady, relaxing evening on the ocean facing covered decks. This property is located directly across the street from the Shelby Street beach access.
Although this house rents for less than a week in the off season, before May 26 and after August 26, there's a three night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
