WITHOUT REMORSE - 130 West First Street - This second row house features four bedrooms and three baths on two levels. On the first floor, one bedroom has two double beds and the second has a double and a single. These two bedrooms share a bath which has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, and a private bath with shower/tub combination. There's a TV in this bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed, and this bedroom has a bathroom which also has access to the hallfway. This bathroom has a shower only. The dining room table seats eight, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include access to the Summer Place community pool, screened in porch, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, DVD player, blender, and secure Wi-Fi. This property is located five houses from the Private Drive beach access, and is a short distance from the community pool.
This property rents for partial weeks in the off-season, before May 25 and after August 25, but there's a three-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

“Very nice vacation”
