Great place to stay, one of the best views of the entire complex, baths and kitchen areas are up to date and clean. Just so the elderly are aware, the kitchen is three stories up so there are some steps to climb.
Response from the manager Aloha, Thank you for your feedback, we are glad to hear you enjoyed your vacation in Poipu Kauai with Suite Paradise. we hope to see you soon. Mahalo!
The service von Suite Paradise was for us absolut inacceptible. They live on the own; they d'ont hear the wishs from the guests. They think for themselve
Response from the manager Aloha hansueliw2016, Our staff at Suite Paradise is always available to each of our guests during his/her stay. This includes our front desk as well as our housekeeping and maintenance personnel. The goal of our company is to try to provide a lovely vacation in paradise for every person who chooses to become one of our guests. We hope to see you again in the near future and we thank you for your "excellent" rating. Sincerely, Liz Parisi email@example.com
“Dependable accomodation, Great Location”
The Manualoha complex has superb location, particularly buildings six and below. Its a very short walk to both Brennecke beach and Poipu beach and is located next to a green belt with a path to Shipwreck beach. It also has by far the best pool in the Poipu Kai complex (its a decent size, overlooks Brennecke beach, and has washroom facilities that voids trips back to your unit. Unit 105 is located right next to the pool (very handy) and has a good layout with two bedrooms on the 1st level (the master bedroom is very large as is its en-suite bathroom), a large relatively open concept kitchen/dining room/living room on the second level, large lanais on each floor, and a superb view of Brennecke beach from the second level. The downside is that this unit is older (it is not one of the units in the Manualoha complex that has been recently updated) and feels a bit tired. Also, the knives in the kitchen left a lot to be desired. While we would stay here again because of its prime location, we would be tempted by other Manualoha units further back that have been updated.
Response from the manager Aloha Dan, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. It sounds like you really enjoyed our beautiful beaches and "the best pool in the complex." We do appreciate your suggestion about the need to upgrade this unit. I have passed this information on to Marlene, our Quality Assistance Manager, who works with our owners to update and refresh their units. Please feel free to contact us personally in the future when making a reservation at our resort. Malia, our Office Manager, would be happy to assist you in selecting a more suitable unit for your stay in paradise. Sincerely, Liz Parisi firstname.lastname@example.org
“Great location, needs updating”
If you want to stay close to the ocean and beach, this is a great unit. You can hear the waves crashing at night, and its a 3 minute walk to Breneke beach, and Poipu Beach. The living room furniture could use some updating, it wasn't very comfortable, and this unit does get very hot in the afternoons, as the sun starts to set. No air conditioning, and the outside temps were only about 75, but inside the living room was much hotter than that. All that being said, we had a great time in Kauai and don't spend much time in the room anyway, and we probably would stay here again.
Response from the manager Aloha, Thank you for your comments. It's always a special Hawaiian experience to have a room close enough to the beach to hear the soothing sound of the ocean waves. We are so pleased you got to experience this little pleasure. Our Quality Assurance Manager, Marlene, is responsible for contacting our owners and making them aware of the need for upgrades. I contacted her about your unit and she will be addressing your concerns about the furniture in the unit. Kauai does have quite a few warm days and although most of our condos are not air conditioned, we do have some units that are. If you go to the bottom of our homepage, you will find a link that will take you to a list of our air conditioned condos. Of course, you should always feel free to contact, Malia, our Office Manager, for assistance in making any future reservations at our resort We hope to see you again on our beautiful island. Sincerely, Liz Parisi email@example.com
“Just steps to the beach”
Second time staying in Poipu Kai and this was even better than the first. Very close to the beach, you could hear the waves! Only drawback is that the unit gets lots of sun and gets hot if you don't draw the blinds during the day. Great space for families, lots of room to stretch out, way better than a hotel room!
“Another great visit to Suite Paradise”
This is our 9th stay at Suite Paradise and first in Manualoha 105..This is a beautiful condo, view is great and facility is in very good shape. Proximity to beach and pool is excellent. The couch is not a pullout..We had 6 people and needed to get a blow up bed for 2 of our party from the office, which they supplied when we requested. We are always impressed with the staff and how they go out of their way to be helpful...Wish I were there now...
“Great location Great view-showing a little wear, and a little Bu”
As far as the Suite Paradise management's service and help the experience is 5 star. They were especially helpful in arranging the delivery of our stored possessions to the unit early on the day of our arrival! The location of the unit is excellent. It is easy walking distance to a popular beach walking paths and some of Poipu's best beaches. The unit has a great view and is close to the Manualoha pool which also has a great ocean view and is a great place to watch the sunset from over some wine or an iced cold beer. We have stayed in this unit before and it's starting so show some wear and a little lack of TLC. There was quite a bit of long standing dirt, crumbs, etc in furniture, and hard to get to places. There also, was a small water leak or some dripping condensation under the sink that triggered buzzing in small water alarms in the same area. The biggest disappointment was an insect problem, that was considerably worse than last year. We understand we are in the tropics, but the level of Buggs in the unit was unusual, including the three very large cockroaches we killed and the large # of roach babies and continual occurrence of ants starting day one. Despite the bug problems and the wear and tear, we would stay there again; and in fact tried to book it for next year. Unfortunately the owner is using it next year at the time we would have been in Poipu. Luckily Suite Paradise management arranged for us to see a couple of similar units and we were able to book an outstanding unit close by # 105
“Sea breezes, swaying palms, breaking waves, and beautiful sunse”
Outstanding aloha service from the front office and maintenance. Mahalo to all. We loved the total design. 2nd fl bedrooms and 3rd fl kitchen, dining, living, and large windows, plus the views from the 2nd and 3rd fl balconies that face the pacific ocean. The condo has beautiful furniture and the kitchen is supplied with everything except food. In the Master bath, consider some type of venting for the sea breezes. Walk or drive to the beach with gear stuff. It's close and as is food deli and dining places. Koloa town for groceries and shopping. Find Happy hour dining deals. They are great. Plan your days [traffic] visit something and return to afternoon snorkel with maybe a turtle or two, but don't chase them. It's a no no. Just watch them while they feed on algae. We just loved the stay in Kauai, and plan to return here and visit some other areas that we missed.
The condo and location was wonderful. Our only issues were with a broken bathroom door and the dryer. The handyman who came to work on these problems was very nice and lots of helpful suggestions of things to do and places to go.
“Man105 has exceptional views from bed!!”
Man105 is a 1700 sq. ft. 2 story townhome offering not only the very best view of Shipwreck to Poipu Park Beach but the walkway leading to both is just a few feet from the townhouse. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogy boards are in the closet. It has a washer/dryer, all kitchen and dining pieces for you, and guests, for a beautiful dinner on both Lanis. White water views from the Lanis will start and end your days!! We are already booked for 2013. It is not a townhome for guests not able to walk stairs. You enter on the 2nd floor and go up to the 3rd for kitchen and livingroom.
