Paradise is available and waiting for you at this beautifully furnished home located on the prestigious Arnold Palmer Private at World Famous PGA West.

The home has it's own private pool and spa (with inside remote control to start the heater and the jets) (Heating is extra Oct 1 until Mar 31). You and your guest will experience some of the most gorgeous sunrise views from your own luxurious patio. Enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning while watching the next foursome tee it up. The property comes with a built in BBQ island. This home is equipped with all the amenities, including a first class kitchen with everything a professional cook could want. The wet bar is ready and waiting to make the perfect drink. The living room is spacious and has a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The large dining table has seating for eight. Each room, including the casita, is equipped with cable TV, telephone and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has king bed along with a connecting master bath suite and large walk-in closet. The guest room has 2 twin beds and the casita has a queen. The casita comes with its own full bathroom with its own outside entrance. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. It has a 2 car enclosed garage.

Close by is the Stadium Course club house with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It’s a great place for happy hour. If you are looking to play golf at PGA West you have three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. If you wish to venture out to 1 of the more than 120 courses in the valley, we recommend you try calling “Stand-By Golf” for discounted tee times.

Enjoy some of the many world class events like the Career Builder Challenge (previously the Humana Challenge/Bob Hope Classic). Or if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 of the top rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Music Festivals. Now, two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds where you can enjoy top ranked polo matches free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

La Quinta has many Zagat Rated restaurants and bars, with live music. And you are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo, (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), for both shopping, restaurants and works of art.
