This spectacular 3 Bed/2 Bath condo with den that functions as a 3rd bedroom and sits beautifully on the 8th fairway of the Palmer Course at the Palmer Residence in PGA West. Breathtaking Mountain views overlooking the fairway will amaze you from sunrise to sunset. This classic home is extremely comfortable and has many points of enjoyment. Take a seat and relax on the large L shaped couch to watch your favorite TV show or movie in HD. Grab a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage and head outside to be surrounded by the majestic mountains and flawless course landscaping. This condo is just a few steps away from one of the Palmer Resident pools and spa that are year around heated to the ideal temperature. Oak Hill is a fabulous vacation home; you will want to come back to, year after year.

The dining room has seating for 6 as well as a kitchen bar for 2. The Living Room is spacious, comfortable and luxuriously appointed with a gas fireplace, large 42" HD flat screen TV/DVD, Wi-Fi and CD player. The wet bar located in the living room is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen has plenty of prep space and is fully equipped for any cook, including a stainless steel French door refrigerator/freezer, oven and microwave, glass top electric stove, dishwasher and coffee maker.

The Master suite has a King Bed, flat screen TV, comfortable reading chair and full double sink bathroom. The master bedroom has its own patio, which is nicely located on the east side of the home, which is a perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

The 1st guest room has a queen bed. The 2nd full bathroom is located off the hallway and via the guest room which works perfectly for the guest but can also double as a powder room. The 2nd guest room has two double beds which is perfect for families or groups. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans you can adjust to your comfort.

The private patio provides a front row seat for you to relax and enjoy one of PGA's most honored views. This perfect outside seating area has a natural gas BBQ, table and chairs along with a two relaxing lounges, great for sun bathing or diving into your latest novel.

The home looks out over the Palmer course fairway, which is the premiere location to watch some golf and marvel at the gorgeous desert mountain backdrop.

The residential pool and hot tub is open for use at your convenience. Two pool choices located with very short walking distance.

There is a full size washer, dryer and ironing board in the laundry room. In the garage there are two bikes available for guests with a detachable covered bicycle trailer for a child. The home comes with a land-line telephone with free nationwide and Canadian long-distance calling.

Close by is the Stadium Course club house with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It’s a great place for happy hour. If you are looking to play golf at PGA West you have three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. If you wish to venture out to 1 of the more than 120 courses in the valley, we recommend you try calling “Stand-By Golf” for discounted tee times.

Enjoy some of the many world class events that are available to you throughout the Coachella Valley. If you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells World Class Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 of the top rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Music Festivals. Now, two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds where you can enjoy top ranked polo matches free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

La Quinta has many Zagat Rated restaurants and bars, with live music. And you are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo, (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), for both shopping, restaurants and works of art.
