This Beautifully upgraded and spacious 3 Bed/3.5 Bath condo with bunk room is located within the prestigious gated Stadium Residence in PGA West. Breathtaking Mountain views that overlooks the fairway on the TPC Stadium Course. This home is extremely comfortable with new appliances; granite counter-tops and beautiful tile floors throughout the home, full bar, Wi-Fi, 75 inch smart TV, in ceiling surround sound and more! The home is just a few steps away from one of PGA West Resident pools and spa. A fabulous vacation home, you will want to come back to, year after year.

With over 3000 sq ft., this home has been transformed throughout providing a spacious living, entertaining, bed and bathroom layouts that will keep you and your guests comfortable. The remolded kitchen has a large prep area in the middle island as well as a second sink, perfect for any cook! Outfitted with all the utensils needed to make the perfect meal, the kitchen comes with a granite bar and bar stools for onlookers and much more.

The dinning room has seating for 6 but in addition, off the kitchen you have another table for six for informal dining. As if that is not enough; take a seat on one of the four comfortable chairs at the spacious bar right off the living room. The Living Room is large, comfortable and luxuriously appointed with a gas fireplace, large 75” flat screen TV/DVD, surround sound with easy to use all-in-one remote control.

The home looks out over the Stadium course fairway, which is the premiere location to watch the Q School qualification tournament that is a yearly event in December. It’s a great location to watch golfers make their approach shot to the green. Beyond the fairway you marvel at the gorgeous desert mountains as a backdrop to a majestic view.

The Master suite has a California King Bed, 75” flat screen TV. The master bath is spacious with full double sink, soaking tub and walk-in shower. It also comes with a large walk-in closet.

Your guests will enjoy the King Size bed in the first guest room with its own private full bath with dual sinks. The bunk room comes with 2 queen size beds along with attached full bathroom. Just off the hallway, near the entry, is a half bath and guest powder room.

A large private patio awaits you and provides a front row seat for you to relax and enjoy one of PGA's most honored views. This perfect outside dining area is set for 6 as you watch the sun rise and set over the spectacular mountain landscape. The outside seating to the east of the home is perfect for sun bathing or relaxing in the shade with some iced tea or diving into your latest novel. A gas BBQ, along with a gas pyramid flame heater is provided for entertaining and cooking under the stars at night.

One of the many Stadium Residence community pools and hot tub is open for use at your convenience. Two pool choices are located within a very short walking distance.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The garage has room for 2 cars and has a fold-out ping pong table for fun and games.

Close by is the Stadium Course club house with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It’s a great place for happy hour. If you are looking to play golf at PGA West you have three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. If you wish to venture out to 1 of the more than 120 courses in the valley, we recommend you try calling “Stand-By Golf” for discounted tee times.

Enjoy some of the many world class events like the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic). Or if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 of the top rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Music Festivals. Now, two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds where you can enjoy top ranked polo matches free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

La Quinta has many Zagat Rated restaurants and bars, with live music. And you are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo, (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), for both shopping, restaurants and works of art.
