The condo is in a great location to main street. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked to cook (pots, pans, utensils, oven mitt, etc), and there was a washer/dryer. I was there with my 9 month old as well, and aside from the stone lip around the fireplace, I didn't have to worry about baby proofing. I brought my own pack n play, but there was one in the bedroom closet as well. We weren't there during ski season, but for a little getaway, it was perfect. We were able to walk around town so easily and having underground parking was great. If I did it again (and I hope to), the only things I would bring that I didn't the first time are parchment paper for cooking, my own tissues (the kind supplied are the thin, rough hotel type tissues), and a small water pitcher with a filter. There is filtered water out of the fridge but the filter needed to be changed. Great building, great location!
Response from the manager Dear Recent Guest: Thank you for your review of your stay in Park Avenue Lofts #207! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed and guest’s are experiencing exceptional customer service. I have shared this review with our operations department about the need to replace the filter in the refrigerator, as well as about the tissues and a water pitcher – great suggestions, thank you for noting! Please let me know if there is anything I can assist with for your next trip to Breckenridge! Sincerely, V. Peyton Rogers Director of Sales Great Western Lodging Peyton@gwlodging.com
“Location, Location, Location!!”
My fiancé and I stayed at the Park avenue Lofts for a week of skiing. It was our first visit to Breck and we weren't sure if the location was going to fit out needs - we wanted something close to the slopes and close to town - and this is absolutely what Park ave Lofts was! We could walk across the street to the slopes and Main Street was a short block away. The building and unit was extremely clean and not very crowded when we stayed. A great amenity while staying here is that you can valet your ski equipment at the ski shop that is inside the building - so convenient so you don't have to drag your equipment into the unit. The unit itself was super clean and fully equipped. We were able to prepare meals and even come home for lunch mid day. My only recommendation is to upgrade the bed in the unit - semi uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend staying at Park ave Lofts. Booking through GWL was extremely easy and the staff was super helpful. We booked through Jessica and she was a pleasure to work with - she even booked our shuttle and lift tickets at discounted rates! If you are looking for convenience and a great location, Park ave Lofts is your place!

I have fantastic news! The Owner saw the reviews and recently bought a brand new mattress for the bed - Thank you for noting! Very exciting to see this upgrade to the unit! “Third Year Stay”
We have stayed in this unit three years in a row. The condo is excellent and convenient to all that is Breckenridge. The security of covered and closed parking is comforting; especially with expensive fly fishing gear in the car overnight. The only issue with this unit is the tendency for patrons of nearby drinking and eating establishments (Mi Casa) to be very loud upon leaving the bar. It is not uncommon to have a night's sleep interrupted by loud shouting and revelry at early morning hours. I also think local "kids" tend to gravitate to the pond and can be disruptive at night.
Response from the manager Dear Fly Fisher: Thank you for your review of Park Avenue Lofts #207! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed and guest’s are experiencing exceptional customer service. I am going to share this with the on-site property manager to make sure they are keeping an ear to any noise after hours and calling anything disruptive in to the Breckenridge Police. Thank you for noting! Please let me know if there is anything I can assist with for your next trip to Breckenridge! Sincerely, V. “Park ave Lofts Breckenridge, CO”
First rate property. Excellent location. No matter what time of year you come to Breckenridge you want to stay here.
“Rowdy drunk people jumping off dredge and fighting out side the”
Will not go back. The unit was very noisy and very hot. We had to keep the windows open because of the heat, but the noise in the hallway and outside near the Dredge and Mi Casa was worse. At 9 am on checkout I was asked in the garage what unit I was in by a cleaning crew. They asked me twice if I was done getting my things out so they could clean. I thought checkout was at 10, and we felt rushed. We could not sleep, felt rushed at checkout, and when I mentioned this to Great Western at checkout my concerns were not addressed and I felt you were very dismissive.
Response from the manager Dear Unhappy Biker – Thank you for your review! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed and guest’s are experiencing exceptional customer service. I have forwarded the information on to the on-site property manager for Park Avenue Lofts, as they should have resolved any after-hours hallway noise, as well as called the police on any late night noise disturbances outside of the property. We apologize for the noise disturbances and will follow up with Police Department to keep an ear to any noise coming from the Dredge Restaurant. The housekeepers have all been talked to about the situation in the garage, as they should not be having any conversations with the guests, especially not before check-out time. The front desk staff has also been over the review and retrained on the correct procedure when a guest expresses concerns on their stay, as your experience was unacceptable. Your review of your stay in Park Avenue Lofts #207 is greatly appreciated and please let me know if there is anything I can assist with for your next trip to Breckenridge! Sincerely, V. “Conveinient, clean, cozy, and close to it everything!”
This was our 2nd time staying at Park avenue Lofts. We love how close everything is. We park our car when we get there and rarely use it till we leave. The condos have always been clean, nicely furnished, and well cared for. Cannot beat being right in town.
“Pal March 2012”
The condo suited our needs very well. It is comfortable and well appointed.
“Very nice condo in excellent location close to lift and town!”
The staff at GWL is very friendly and attentive. The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, and most everything you can think of - there was even a crock pot in our unit so our dinner was ready when got off the slopes! The Quicksilver lift is a short walk across the street from the condo, which is also just off Main Street for those who want to walk around town. Indoor parking is great - we walked everywhere and left the car in the warm garage. We had a great time and will stay here again!
“Just like home.”
Thank-you for a wonderful experience at Great Western Lodging. Comfortable, quiet and close to the ski hill & town, the Park avenue units are perfect for people who want a one-stop vacation home. The view, hot tub, ski locker, kitchen and washer-dryer made every aspect of the trip easy to enjoy, so all we had to do was ski!
