Description
This three level townhouse provides an ideal spot for any vacation or get -away. Two social areas both with flat screen televisions allow you to spread-out and relax. Enter to the foyer and from there the spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. These areas occupy the mid-level of the townhouse. The living room offers a large wrap-around couch, and large flat screen television. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating available close by at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has all that is necessary to create a meal. Additionally on this level you will find a 1/2 bath, the laundry room and access to the back deck. The primary and second bedrooms are located on the upper most floor and each have a queen size bed, air conditioning and private bath. On the lowest level you will find the third and fourth bedrooms each with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bath. Also on the lowest level is a second living room with comfortable seating and another flat screen television.
During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the near-by old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.
Please note:
This unit provides two unassigned parking spaces. Parking tags must be displayed.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is not available.
The outdoor pool and tennis area are available in the summer season only and may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
Riverfront homes no longer allow tenants to use fireplaces.
This unit has two air conditioners, one in each upstairs bedroom.
There is an electric grill on the deck and a gas grill under the deck.

Really clean and updated plenty of room for a family of seven, about three quarters of a mile to the mountain. Would rent again!
