Nice condo with wonderful view. Bathrooms are small and decor could use a little updating, but clean and convenient location. The huge balcony was the best thing about the condo.
Another great stay at Royal Palms 1407..
Absolutely the best vacation! We loved every minute of our stay and our view from the Penthouse was incredible. My husband and I spent hours on the balcony staring at the ocean. Just what the doctor ordered. We plan on coming back and I have already recommended Royal Palms to my co-workers.
“awesome would like to stay there again one day!!”
beautiful loved it!!!
“Too Small - Wasted space”
The condo was way too small. It was difficult for my family to move around the place. It is silly to have such a large deck (bigger than the actual condo) for such a small place. If some of the deck were re-purposed to more square footage for the condo, it would improve the place significantly.
“Nice Location and Balcony, but dirty”
Loved the location and the size of the balcony, but it could have used some additional seating. However, I was very dissatisfied with many of the amenities of the condo. First of all, upon arrival, I discovered that I was not allowed to have a second parking permit, then finally had to pay for an additional permit after some complaining. When we arrived, the condo was dirty. We swept the floor and had a full dustpan of dirt. (I have pictures for proof.) To pay an additional $108.00 in cleaning fees and then have to clean the condo was very disappointing. Additionally, the dishwasher leaked and the dryer switch did not work properly. A maintenance worker came to repair both items, but he didn't fix either one. We eventually fixed the dryer by switching the knobs with another. Furthermore, the pans that were provided were of low quality. I couldn't even cook a grilled cheese without it burning. We had to buy a skillet for the week, which we did bring home with us. I am torn about whether I would recommend this condo or the property management company. I am a pretty easy going person, but when I pay for so much, I expect some quality, respect and customer service in return.
It is all so easy from booking to checking out.

“Spring Break 2013”
Our stay at the Royal Palms 1407 was just average. The condo was very small..there are 2 bathrooms but no master fact both bathrooms are very small. The kitchen was the worse equipped of any I have ever had..Not even an oven mitt. I had to go buy a skillet, no way I would use the one provided..I would not rent this condo again.
“Expensive cost for a penthouse box”
This condo was rented as a penthouse. I thought for the price that this condo would be great and roomy. The condo was so small. The balcony had lots of wasted space. The bedroom was so tiny with oversized furniture. It was difficult to get out of bed to go to the bathroom. Some places were in need of dusting and some areas cleaning the cobwebs off the baseboards. The living room had 2 large plants that was by the couch. They got in the way. A chair had a tear and needed to be repaired before any more damage was done. We threw away almost $700.00 on a 3 night stay. I feel cheated. I should have booked what I was trying to book when I made the reservation. I let the lady at the rental company talk me into this unit. On the other hand, everyone at the rental company was very nice, polite, and helpful. The financial cost of this stay has taught me a hard lesson.
