3 BR + LOFT, 3 BA TOWNHOME – SLEEPS 9 – GREAT VALUE!

Located just a few blocks off Main Street and surrounded by Aspens, this location is perfect. There is a lovely balcony and great views of Frisco’s iconic Mt. Royal. Frisco is truly the heart of Summit County, and right in the middle of our favorite ski resorts. This townhome is a fantastic choice for you, your family and friends!

This warm and bright 3-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom townhome is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to nine people. Walking into the home, the great room welcomes you with soaring ceilings and plenty of light. The 3-sided fireplace is the showcase in this room; you’ll also love the full kitchen, dining area and family room. There is plenty of seating and a big flat-screen TV to curl up next to after a long day in the mountains. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen with seating for six at the dining table, plus room for four more at the breakfast bar. The bedrooms are located upstairs, perfectly separating them from the rest of the home.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, washer/dryer and parking for two vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.
