It’s the perfect year-round spot for your mountain getaway; you and your group are going to love it!
This 2-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom moderate penthouse condo offers spectacular views and a comfy retreat for up to six. And with two master bedrooms, it’s also great for two couples to share! Walking into the living area, you’re welcomed by a beautiful gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV to relax and chat about the day’s adventures. Step out onto the balcony to take in the beautiful views of Dillon Reservoir and the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to keep your group happy and fed, and there’s a dining table that seats six.

The unit is quiet and has beautiful panoramic views of the lake and town. It was clean and nice. The garage is extra long so we were able to fit our bikes easily in front of our SUV in the garage.
