You’re going to love this place! River Mountain Lodge 318W offers the convenience and comforts of a condominium (with hotel amenities) in the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge. Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! Plus, you’re just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base. Your family and friends will love it too!
River Mountain Lodge 318W is a comfortable two-level deluxe condo with excellent proximity to everything you are looking for in a Breckenridge ski vacation. All the comforts of home are here, including a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, an LCD TV, and a gas fireplace to lounge by after skiing. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack.
You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool, and hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

A charming unit with just enough room for a family of four with 2 little ones. We used the fireplace constantly. Perfect setup for a ski trip and even summer by the city.
