PREMIUM 4 BR, 3.5 BA TOWNHOME – QUIET FRISCO SETTING – HIGH-END FINISHES – HOT TUB!
Frisco is a fantastic central location for all that Summit County has to offer year-round — great skiing, mountain biking and hiking, boating on Lake Dillon and more. And Canny Lodge is an incredible 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome that’s close to town, but away from the hustle and bustle. It’s perfect, and with two master suites, it’s great for two families to share. Everyone will love it!
The living area is spectacular, with a towering rock gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, soaring vaulted ceilings and huge windows to let in the mountain light. The kitchen is equally impressive, with granite counters, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range and double ovens) and a lovely dining table that seats eight; there’s also room for three more at the counter. Just outside, relax in the beautifully landscaped patio area featuring a large private hot tub, gas grill and table.
On the main level, the first master suite is a private sanctuary with a king bed, gas fireplace, LCD-TV, a huge private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, and a private door to the hot tub. Upstairs, there’s another king master suite with a private bathroom, as well as a “kids’ wing” with two bedrooms (each with two twin beds) and a shared pass-thru bathroom. Also upstairs: a large loft/sitting area with a desk and queen sleeper sofa, as well as a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
You’ll also find all the upscale amenities you’d expect in a home of this quality, including a two-car garage (with room for two more cars in the driveway) and complementary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.
