“The perfect getaway”

My name is Steven and I am the customer service manager, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with the desk staff. The procedure for the broken pull out sofa was right on, all we can do is provide you with a blow up air matttress whcih in my opinion is by far the more comfortable option. We do not own the properties when something like that happens with any of the properties we do the best we can do but with major fixes like that its up to the owner.
