Description
Peaceful waters could be referring to the converging waterway view behind the house or the heated pool on the lanai. You’ll savor them both with this 2,300 square foot house. It sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two twins and two bathrooms. It also comes with a one-car garage.
A perimeter of palm trees surround the lanai, giving you total privacy as you luxuriate in the warm water. The house comes with plenty of pool toys, so only one thing can coax the kids out of the pool – the smell of burgers cooking up on the gas grill. Shaded tables and chairs, cooled by ceiling fans, make the ideal setting for your poolside barbeque.
After lunch, stroll down to your own private dock behind the house. If you’re a boater, you’ve got direct access to Collier Bay and, from there, the deep blue waters and world-class fishing of the Gulf of Mexico. Or you could just sit on the dock, feet dangling in the water, and get acquainted with your new neighbors, the seabirds and the jumping fish. You won’t be sitting long before you spot a passing dolphin or manatee.
This modern house was designed with plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows so the sparkling tourquise water is a constant backdrop as you relax in the stylishly furnished living room.
Potted plants in the arched wall cutouts above the cupboards add a tropical accent to the kitchen. It features an island countertop and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on the solid wood dining room table overlooking the lush garden outside.
You might want to use the free wi-fi to look up recipes that feature mango, because there’s a big mango tree with plenty of ripe fruit right outside your door.
The master suite comes with a dark wood four-poster bed, sliding door access to the lanai and shuttered windows to let in the fragrant night air. An ensuite bathroom offers ample closet space, a walk-in shower and bathtub beside an arched window view of the garden.
The house gives you comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, cable and a washer and dryer. It also has everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

“best of times on Marco”
We had a wonderful time as usual. The house was spotless and Don (next door neighbor)always make us feel right at home. could not have asked for a better vacation.
