Description
Do you love water? Swimming in it, staring at it, boating on it, lying next to it, listening to it? Then you’ll love this 1,900 square foot house with rear southwest exposure. It sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two twins and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
But for the true charm you have to go around back to the lanai, with its heated pool and view of the waterway. And by view, we mean the postcard kind, the kind you can stare at from morning, when the palm trees and clouds reflect off its mirrored surface, to afternoon, when the sun sparkles off the rippling waves, to evening, when you sit on the dock watching the sun go down.
Since you’ll be spending so much of your time out on the lanai, it comes equipped with a gas grill to barbeque lunch, a shaded family-sized table and plenty of pool chairs. It also comes with a blender. Actually, the blender’s in the kitchen, but the tropical blended drinks you make will most likely be enjoyed out by the pool or on the dock at sunset.
Speaking of the kitchen, it’s fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need, from a refrigerator, stove and microwave to a toaster, coffee maker and that aforementioned blender.
The theme of the furnishings is total comfort. The air conditioning and cushiony sofas and chairs make the ideal respite from all the activity outside. Watch cable on the big screen television. Go online with the free wi-fi or simply sit back and take in the view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. In the bedrooms, you’ll find wrought iron framed beds beneath windows that offer picturesque views in the day and warm soothing winds at night.
All this and you haven’t even left the house yet. Countless great water adventures await you at the world-class beach of Marco Island. Take a parasailing cruise for a bird’s eye view of the ocean. Go on a shelling cruise. Or how about a jet ski tour of the Everglades? The house is conveniently located near the Shops of Marco, where there’s something for everyone, from souvenir shops to salons and spas to clothing boutiques and plenty of restaurants.
The water here is amazing and so is the house. So come on in.
